It's time to 4x your business and here is EXACTLY how you're going to do it.

This is a strategy we are going to be implementing as well and its going to revolve around scaling paid ads vigorously. But in order to do that you need to ask yourself a few things and you need a month to prepare for this before even thinking about implementing this:

Can you even take on 4x more clients, what does that look like for you? do you need a hiring pipeline ready if that happens? do you need an appointment setter, a salesperson, do you need a manager? what does your team look like when you 2x it, what does it look like when you 4x it?

Very important and I highly suggest you visualize that and start talking to some people, because the last thing you would want is to go all in on this strategy, be in the path to 4x but you come to roadblock because you cannot fulfill all these clients you're about to get.

  1. You need to work on the quality and directions aspects of your content, and no I don't mean using a 5,000$ camera with an onsite direction, although that does help. What I am referring to is putting more effort into the "why" behind your content, why should you post content, if you answered to get more clients, then that logically means you should create content that directly benefits and talks to your ideal customers. If they're in a specific location, shout out the location, if they're athletes, shout out athletes.

Direction for content is very important. If you're already posting content, if you're not then, its 2025, please start posting video content I know its time consuming, there are resources available to help you make that process 4x more easier.

  2. Paid Ads, when it comes to ads, alot of businesses are just straight up lazy with their marketing, simple boosted posts, or messaging campaigns that don't work. Instead have optin funnels where you can collect prospects information and depending on the industry add in steps to the point where you can actually start booking calls, these steps are also referred as the customer journey.

Once you know what works and you're getting a fair amount of optins, thats where you just 2x your ad spend without thinking and put all your efforts into making the sale. When a meeting is booked, thats a marketers job done. When a meeting shows up thats the setters job done. Closing them is on you or your sales person.

When you have the logical numbers down, lets say within 90 days, because we're counting the lag effect, which if you don't know what that is, Read Here, for e.g if it takes you an ad spend of 500$ to close a 3,000 deal, you should be perfectly fine tripling the ad budget, note: in some cases early on it might even cost you 3,000$ to close a $3,000 deal, Don't stop, unless its completely off.

So to recap: Content + Ads.
