You're copying scripts, but you're missing the format

I see this constantly. Business owners join a coaching community, download a script template, copy the exact hook that worked for someone else, and then wonder why they are stuck at 400 views. They think the secret to going viral is the words. It is not. The script is maybe 20 percent of the equation.

The format is what actually stops the scroll. How is it shot? What is the pacing? What is the visual hook in the first three seconds before anyone even hears a word? You can have the most brilliant script ever written, but if you are just sitting in your car staring blankly into the camera with zero energy, nobody is going to stick around to hear it.

We had a client in a similar position. He was doing the exact same type of video over and over. Same angle, same setup, same delivery. The content was fine, but the format was dead. We changed one variable. We had him do a reaction-style video instead of a talking head. The script barely changed, but the format was completely different. The views went from 400 to 15,000. Same person. Same expertise. Same audience. Different format.

Breakout videos don't come from better scripts. They come from format diversity. If you have been posting the same style of video for months and nothing is breaking through, the answer is not a better hook. The answer is a completely different format. Try a tier list. Try a walk-and-talk. Try a reaction video. Try something that visually looks nothing like what you have been doing. That is how you find your breakout.
