You do not need more time to create content. You need three hours per month.
I hear this on calls all the time, “I know I need to post content, but I genuinely do not have time.”
Fair enough.
If you are running an established business, you probably should not have time to write scripts, set up lights, learn editing software, study every platform, and remember to post every day. If you are doing all of that yourself, content has quietly become a second job.
This is normally how it goes. You wake up early, record a few videos on your phone, edit them before work, and stay consistent for two or three weeks. Then a client needs something, the team has a problem, or business gets busy. Content gets pushed to tomorrow. Tomorrow becomes next week. Suddenly your last post was three months ago.
That is not really a discipline problem. It is more of a system problem.
A business owner should be responsible for the part nobody else can replace, the experience, ideas, opinions, and face of the company. They should not also be the scriptwriter, director, editor, publisher, and social media manager.
That is why the process we have built is around roughly three hours of the owner’s time per month. You come into the studio twice (In Texas or do virtually). The research and scripts are already prepared. A director helps you deliver them properly. Then the editing, posting, platform management, and performance reviews happen without you becoming the bottleneck.
The goal is not to squeeze more work into your calendar. The goal is to remove almost all of it.
If content only happens when you find spare time, it will never happen consistently. Established business owners do not need another productivity hack. They need a machine that keeps running when they get busy.
