Here’s something you need to know if you’ve hired (or are thinking of hiring) a full-service marketing agency to handle:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • SEO

Don’t.

Here’s why:

Most full-service marketing agencies claim they can do everything, but usually end up being mediocre at all of it.

Running ads on Meta is completely different from Google Ads or TikTok Ads. Each platform demands specific expertise, dedicated focus, and constant adaptation.

For example, our company focuses solely on Meta ads. Why? Because mastering Meta ads means specialized attention, continuous testing, and keeping up-to-date with trends, creative styles, and algorithm shifts.

Trying to be good at everything simply doesn’t work.

Here’s what you should do instead:

  • Pick ONE primary ad platform (Meta or Google) based on your industry.

  • Run one yourself (we usually recommend Google, since it’s more straightforward) and hire a specialist for the other.

That’s probably all you need at the start.

Once you scale, you can expand and bring on dedicated experts for YouTube, TikTok, or SEO.
