What's actually stopping you from hitting seven figures?
You say you want a seven-figure business. Fair. But if your marketing, calendar, and way of running the company all stay exactly the same, what is supposed to produce a different result?
This is where capable owners get stuck. They want more customers, more breathing room, and a bigger business. They also want to avoid spending more, delegating more, changing the schedule, or putting systems in place before the pressure arrives.
I am not telling you to take a reckless leap because someone on Instagram told you to bet on yourself. Growth should not put you in a hole or turn a business you enjoy into a complete mess.
But there is a difference between being sensible and keeping every decision small because the next level feels uncomfortable.
I did not wake up one day and decide to massively increase our ad budget. We increased it in stages. Each step made me look at what the business needed next: better follow-up, clearer roles, and more capacity. Then we made the next commitment.
Most owners treat marketing as the whole growth plan. It is not. Consistent visibility can make more of the right people interested, but it also exposes whether you can reply to enquiries quickly, close the work, deliver it properly, and keep the wheels on when the calendar fills up.
That is where Fokus can take a lot of content work off your plate, from turning your expertise into a filming plan to getting the videos published. We cannot build capacity for you. Nobody can delegate that decision.
Before you ask what gets you to seven figures, ask what would need to change if the business got busier next month. Maybe it is follow-up, hiring, clearer roles, or one job coming off your desk. The number is not the plan. The decisions behind it are.
