One thing you need to realize with short form content and today's world, is how fast you move, whether its advertising, posting content. Don't get drowned in perfection, specially if you're doing all of it yourself.

Day 1-30:

• Posted one video every day on 4 different platforms

• Each video addressed one specific pain point

• Used clean footage with good audio

• Added captions for accessibility

• Kept videos under 60 seconds (some over 90)

Day 31-60:

• Kept the consistent posting going, using data from the first 30 days to see which clips performed the best and using those to create more ideas

• Engaged with comments daily

• Added more branding elements (custom thumbnails and aesthetics) this is not required, this is for branding purposes

By this point we had a couple videos hitting 10k-100k views, this varies by brand and content

Day 61-90:

• We are still posting consistently

• Followed research and create method, we saw what people enjoyed and we created more content just like that we used the "just give them what they are asking for" concept. No need to come up with new ideas, if there are 10 videos, and people really like video number 8, you just need to forget about the other videos and ask yourself why people liked video number 8, and just create ideas similar to 8

At this point we had accumulated over 5 million videos. The magic is also in showing up every day and building trust over time.
