The right time to hire for help with content and ads

I speak to a lot of business owners, and sometimes I get on calls with people who aren't qualified yet. I'm very upfront about this.

If your first sentence is "we're struggling" or "we only make 5-8k in revenue," here's the thing, you're not ready to hire an agency or anybody marketing related.

At this point, you need to:

• Learn how content works yourself

• Understand ads basics

• Make a few sales on your own first

• Save your capital

Because that range (under 20k) is the most difficult to grow from. You need every dollar you can get.

Once you're scaling and understand the basics, then hire a proper agency. Don't waste money on cheap overseas help thinking you're "doing marketing." You're not.
