The "Adult Supervision" Problem in Marketing
Most business owners start their marketing journey with the best intentions. They buy a camera, they record a great video, and they post it. They feel amazing about it. But then the reality of running a business sets in. A client has an emergency, a project gets delayed, and suddenly, posting on social media falls to the back burner.
I call this the adult supervision problem. You have a team of guys who know exactly how to do the work, but nobody is actually managing the marketing system. Because nobody is strictly accountable for it, the consistency dies. You post once a month instead of once a day, and the algorithm completely forgets who you are.
Good intentions do not build an audience. Systems do. If you are relying on yourself to remember to post while you are putting out fires in your business, you will always fail. You need a dedicated team whose only job is to make sure your content gets recorded, edited, and published every single day.
