I see the exact same pattern on almost every sales call. A business owner tells me they have hired three different marketing agencies in the last year. The first one had no strategy. The second one shot videos on an iPhone with bad audio. The third one just disappeared. And every single time, the business owner chose the cheapest option available.
This is the three-agency cycle. You try to save money by hiring someone who is experimenting or super new. They fail, you fire them, and then you hire the next cheap option. By the time you get to the third agency, you have spent more money and wasted more time than if you had just hired a professional team in the first place.
You are going to spend the marketing budget anyway. Instead of spreading it across three failed experiments, consolidate your spend. Invest in a proven system with a real team. Stop buying cheap tactics and hoping to get lucky. The cheapest option is almost always the most expensive mistake you can make.
