Take criticism from people who are qualified to criticize you.

In the content world, lets say you started making content and your family members or anons on the internet starting criticizing or making comments on your video like “you look weird doing that” “what’s wrong with your face” “get better equipment nerd” they’ll give so much to do.

These type of comments you will never get from someone who actively creates content, If I see a business owner who just started creating content, I will have minimal criticism, My honest advice would be “you just started creating that’s fantastic, I cant wait to see your progress in 6 months, your first 5 second of the clip were a little slow I suggest just getting to the point moving forward and dont stop creating because the worst strategy is to not post at all”
