Still Hesitant on Where Your Next Client Will Come From? You're Doing It Wrong.

If you're still hesitant on where you're going to get your next client from, you need to look into your calendar and your marketing strategy.

And honestly ask yourself, is what you're doing effective?

Most businesses we speak to don't even spend enough on marketing to make any dent or impact on getting new leads, appointments, or bookings.

Once you get comfortable spending on marketing and then you see return coming in, the entire game becomes a mathematical equation.

You can literally write down how much you're going to spend and how many customers you're going to acquire.

But you have to ask yourself, what is your marketing strategy?

Are you just spending a couple hundred bucks a month on Google?

Are you posting graphics on social media?

Are you messaging people here and there every week?

If that's what you're doing, you're extremely behind.

Even new businesses have a better chance of landing more clients than you, mainly because they're just putting in more work on the marketing side of things.

So here's what you need to do.

Instead of graphics, post video content. Actually good video content. Value based content that showcases your expertise.

Instead of just spending a couple hundred dollars on Google, find the math out. How much do you have to spend to actually acquire a customer?

Maybe you need to triple your ad spend. Quadruple your ad spend.

Maybe you need to look into Meta advertising as well.

Because Google is only demand capture. Meaning people who are already looking for a specific service are going to go to Google.

But it is not as predictable.

You need to have a demand generation mechanism in your marketing as well. Which is Facebook.

You're consistently generating demand by your unique offer or unique selling proposition.

You need to first have more reach, then convert that into more conversations, then booking, and then slowly into sales as well.

It's not going to happen overnight.

But if you put in effort now, within 90 days, you can see this working extremely well.

You need to install this engine as soon as possible if you plan to stay in business within the next 10 years.

Here's the reality.

If you're hesitant about where your next client will come from, it means you don't have a system.

You have hope. You have luck. You have referrals that may or may not come in.

But you don't have a system.

A system is predictable. A system is math.

Spend X. Get Y leads. Close Z clients. Make W revenue.

That's a system.

And if you don't have that, you're not running a business. You're running a gamble.

So stop underspending. Stop posting graphics. Stop waiting for referrals.

Build the system. Install the engine. Make it predictable.
