Sometimes google isn't the best place for a need based service

Sometimes Google isn't the best place for a need-based service. People are lazy.

Sometimes Google isn't the best place for a need-based service. People are lazy. Let's say someone is looking to get decoration services. They might go on Google, shop around a bit, and leave. But if they open Instagram, scroll for a while, and see a decor ad with great visuals that grab their attention, they’re just one click away from messaging you.

Instead of going to a website, calling the company, or putting in an inquiry on Google, they just message you on Instagram. Sure, you might have to go through the same steps on IG, but it will be step 2 or 4 instead of step 1. On these platforms, step 1 is simple: just message.

After they’ve messaged you, you need to communicate with them. Use a good script to close them, and that's it. That's how you capture the lazy people.

For a need-based service, I generally recommend Google if you're a plumber or electrician. However, for someone like a decor company, which is mainly visual, Google isn’t as effective.
