I’ve seen many companies go for a full service marketing company that handles everything from Facebook ads to Google ads, TikTok ads, LinkedIn ads, and more.
But don’t do that.
Here’s why. There’s a very high chance that the company will be mediocre at all of them, which is why you’re not getting the results you want. A full service marketing company from one source gets messy fast.

So, what should you do?
You don’t need to run ads on every platform. Why are you? Pick between Meta or Google ads for now, depending on your industry. Run one platform yourself (preferably Google), and hire a specialized company to handle the other. There's a high chance that’s all you need.
Once you've scaled more, then it’s time to bring on other experts, like SEO specialists or TikTok ad experts who understand UGC and content creation.
