Prioritize video content, you will thank me later

Across almost all platforms, from Instagram to TikTok (and even LinkedIn to some extent), video content is being heavily prioritized. Social platforms are designed to keep people engaged for longer, and video is what captures attention.

Static posts and graphics?
They might look nice on your feed, but in today’s fast-paced digital world, they don't do much—especially if you’re in the early stages of growth. Video content is what drives engagement now. Eight years ago, static posts may have worked. Today, if you want results, you need to show your behind-the-scenes (BTS), the process, and your face on camera, telling stories.

If you're shy or hesitant about being on camera, here’s a trick: Use the 80|20 rule.
Make 80% of your video b-roll (footage of your process, product, or environment) and 20% of you talking. You can ease into it, but you need to be on camera.

Video content isn’t negotiable anymore.
Industries like real estate are already past the "who has content" stage. Now, it’s all about who has the best content. As video continues to dominate, it will become one of your most valuable assets.

Start prioritizing video, and you’ll see the results. You don’t want to be left behind, trust me.
