Posting more will not make people care

One of the biggest lies in content is that you just need to post more.

No. You need to post better things more consistently.

If the topic is weak, turning it into ten videos does not give you a content strategy. It gives people ten chances to ignore you.

I see this all the time. A business owner has posted every day for a month, but every video sounds like it was pulled from the first page of Google. “Three reasons customer service matters.” “Why planning is important.” “Five tips for success.”

Nobody disagrees with it. That is exactly why nobody cares.

The content that performs usually starts with something specific. A question you keep hearing on sales calls. A mistake that costs your clients money. An opinion your industry avoids saying out loud. A situation where the buyer immediately thinks, “Wait, that is exactly what is happening to me.”

That is why research matters before scripting. Inside our company, we look at sales conversations, customer questions, comments, performance data, and what is currently working in a client’s market. We are not trying to fill thirty empty boxes on a calendar. We are trying to find thirty reasons for the right person to stop scrolling.

Volume matters after you have that. The more strong ideas you publish, the more chances you have to reach the right people, test different formats, and learn what the market responds to.

But volume cannot create relevance. It only spreads whatever you already made.

Before you record another batch, read your last twenty topics. Could any competitor post the exact same thing without changing a word? If the answer is yes, the problem is not that you need more videos. The problem is that the videos have none of you inside them.

Your experience, opinions, examples, and way of explaining the problem are the advantage.

Do not ask how you can post more until you have given people a reason to care.
