Personal profiles will outcompete business profiles

If you have a personal profile, meaning your name and face, it will always outcompete your business name and profile. This does not mean business profiles won't work, this just means one performs faster and better.

People trust other people before they trust a brand nowadays, is a trend we've noticed, specifically for service based businesses. If you're selling solar, and you advertise yourself as 123solar company, thats cool and all but what if you're Zach the solar guy. It just makes the brand seem more approachable and people can listen to what you have to say without being sold to all the time.

You can definitely do this with a business profile as well and add a personal touch to it, but this is where it starts getting complicated. If you can use yourself as the face of the brand, my general idea is to do that, if you can't, then there are definitely ways around it.
