Not Knowing How to Use AI Is Your Biggest Weakness

If you're not utilizing AI to its full ability, I want to help you understand where you can use it best for your specific scenario and how we use it as well.

The thing you need to avoid is the "force" usage of AI. You see something cool, you buy it, and never touch it again. Or you get sold on some software where you never had any use to begin with but bought it on hopes and dreams.

I've done all of it. Spent thousands. I'll spare you the costs and time with this formula.

Do a 72 hour time audit. Have your team do it as well.

Write down every single thing you do during your working hours. It's not that hard. You just write a sentence with the time it took you to do it, every now and then.

Should look something like this.

  • 8 to 9 AM. Admin work. Updating numbers on ABC, gathered data XYZ.

  • 9 to 11:15 AM. Responding to messages and questions from team.

  • 11:15 AM to 2 PM. Writing a script for content.

Once you have a list like that, you can easily point out where you're spending the most time and can find specific AI or use the ones you have to see if that time spent can be reduced.

Key word here is reduced. Do not look for a way to eliminate a task you do. Look for it being reduced. Very important.

The only way you can eliminate anything from your to do is if you hire a person, train them properly, and transfer responsibilities.

If you're in the mindset of AI replacing tasks, you're thinking about it incorrectly. AI is simply going to help you move 2x sometimes even 4x faster.

If you want to take it a step further, the solutions you find you can get for your team too. Supercharge them with AI and they can do more in less time, which saves you cost in hiring.

Some of my favorites.

Fathom for note taking in all virtual meetings. We don't miss a single detail. It automatically joins every meeting and records it.

Manus.im is my personal favorite and I am on there majority of the time. It is a bit advanced if you want to utilize it properly, but Manus has easily been able to connect to multiple softwares of ours and give us data, feedback, make presentations, take care of some repetitive tasks like visiting 15 videos, taking a transcript of those 15 videos and putting it into a table. It is an AI agent, not like a GPT.
