My Personal AI Stack: The 4 Tools I Pay For Every Month
We’re in a full-blown AI hype bubble. Everyone is talking about it, but most business owners are using it wrong. They’re buying random subscriptions, chasing shiny new tools, and trying to find an AI that will magically solve all their problems. They’re using it as a crutch. I use it as a force multiplier. My philosophy is simple: don’t use AI to replace your people, use it to build systems that make your people superhuman. Here are the four tools I actually pay for and use to run my business every single day.
First, Manus.im. This is the central nervous system of my entire operation. I don’t just use it for simple tasks; I use it to build sophisticated, autonomous agents that run entire business processes. For example, I built an agent that onboards new clients, gathering all necessary information and assets, setting up their project files, and assigning tasks to the team, all without any human intervention. It’s not an assistant; it’s an automated department.
Second, Claude Code. This is a local AI that runs on my machine, and it’s my secret weapon for technical projects. I’m not a professional developer, but I can now build complex automations and internal software. When I wanted to use the advanced automation tool n8n, I didn’t spend months learning it. I learned the basics and had Claude Code write the complex workflows for me. It turns my ideas into functional code.
Third, Freepik. The native image generation tools from Google and OpenAI are powerful, but they’re restrictive. Freepik is the professional’s choice. It packages all the best image and video models into one subscription, giving me the best tool for the job without the frustrating content filters and limitations. It’s an uncensored creative partner.
Fourth, our custom-built AI Sales Coach. I used Manus to build an agent that analyzes every single sales call recording. It transcribes the call, scores it against our internal sales framework (Frame, Discovery, Pitch, etc.), and provides instant, actionable feedback to the sales rep. Before this, feedback was a slow, manual process. Now, it’s a real-time coaching loop that makes our entire team better, every single day.
