Why you might need to start Implementing AI and Automations

Have you implemented some form of AI or automation for your business yet? If not, no worries, I’ve got you.

First, let me answer the question, “Why should I do this?” The answer is simple: time and cost. Automation will save you both.

Secondly, it will improve your overall workflow. Automation isn’t here to replace your tasks but to improve how you handle day to day activities and reduce the chance of error.

Which one was faster? There you go. Chances are you pulled up the calculator anyway!

So, here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Figure out your most repetitive daily tasks and make a list.

Note: This could be something as simple as sending the same message repeatedly, scheduling something manually, or as complex as sending contracts and details every time a customer signs on.

Step 2: Go online and type “Automation for [insert task],” or talk to an automation expert. There are people whose entire business revolves around building custom solutions to help you save time. (You can message me directly, and I can put you in touch with some experts.)

Step 3: Start integrating automation into your systems. You might be hesitant at first, but push through the first two weeks, and you’ll notice the time and quality difference.

Step 4: We’ve only talked about automation so far, AI is another tool you should explore. For example, when you visit a website with a live chatbot, that’s AI at work.

I use AI to speed up some thinking processes, whether it’s generating social media posts or scanning through data for me.
