Instagram stories are such a powerful tool, and I want to explain to you why, I have a restaurant example for you now.

Depending on the type of restaurant we can agree it is a social place. When someone comes to your restaurant and adds a story of them having a good time and sharing the good experience I would argue that is better then you getting a text review on google.

Hear me out, the person who shared the story has 1,000 followers and his friends and family are in Houston, just with that story, tagging your place he has shown a percentage of his followers where he’s been and the great time he’s having builds more trust with the other people, your restaurant is by definition more known now and more credible, they saw their friends enjoying the food and having a great time, they could be doing that too. and the next time they see your sign or even on google, you will have a much higher chance of getting them. So work on stories!
