Iam sharing my 90 day plan with you for 2025
Iam sharing my 90 day plan with you for 2025, that we’re going to be using in our service.
If you read and implement this, It is more impressive to NOT get results.
This is for service based business owners.
Lets say you don’t have a converting social media profile for your online service business and your looking to change that, as it is a powerful tool.
for the first month its all about the setup , the first 3-4 weeks you need to make sure you are active on at least 4 social platforms, (you can focus on 1-2 once scaled) but we’re going to be sprinting towards spreading your content as fast as possible, so its important you have atleast 4 different platforms, this could be instagram, facebook, youtube and tiktok, (linkedin can be replaced with tiktok, depending on industry) Keep in mind or main focus is going to be the meta platforms, the rest will be just distributing content. You should have all profiles setup and created, with the bio, cover photo etc with in the first week. ready to go.
Week 2 and 3 will be recording atleast 20-30 pieces of content and distribute it amongst all of your social channels, this is can be time consuming, but important. This involves scripting work, editing work and publishing the actual content. Outsourcing will save you time.
Your business wasnt built in a day, neither will your social channels, I am just telling you the work required to make this work, it is upto to you to implement it.
By Week 4 you should have a video to post, and a couple in works already, your goal by week 4 or 5 should be to be 5 posts ahead to start posting consistently so you don’t fall behind. We are going to post once a day for 4 platforms every single day for 30 days minimum

By Week 7 once you have enough content on your feed, you can choose to put some money behind the ones that did well organically to start gaining followers.
do this for 2 weeks.
By Week 9 We can start running ads, we are on Month 2, If you up to this point have done exactly as mentioned, you’re ready to start running some actual ads.
Week 9 is all about the ads setup, setting up your business manager, connecting it with your CRM, making ad creatives for the ads, writing good copies and launching it. CRM will be very important because your leads need to land somewhere and depending on which CRM you use, automations might be required as well, you can consult an expert on this because it can get very tricky very fast, If you’ve made it to week 9, and you want to stay on schedule you can either spend hours learning all of this and push this to week 10 or 11, or just pay an expert to save you that time.
Week 10 is when you have launched all ads, and everything is active.
Week 11, you’re getting leads, you’re giving time to the ads to populate and hopefully you’re still posting content, (if you stopped at day 30, thats fine, but try to get back on it as it will help the ads you’re running)
Week 12 you get some qualified prospects
Week 13 you’re getting the hang of the system.
Week 14 You have a profile that is now a lead generator.
