How we use AI Agents in our team

AI agents are a thing, that you can install within a certain part of your business and let it do things on your behalf.

Agents arent like automations where it just does one executed tasks like you tell it to do. Agents can think for themselves (within the limits of the prompts and dataset of course), but it can for example go through your inbox on your behalf, identify which emails for you are the most important by reading the label and send you notifications on your phone that these emails need to be responded too, and even better respond on your behalf as an assistant would.

How we use it:

We do a lot of online meetings, whether its sales calls, internal team meetings, weekly check ins with our clients for performance or onboardings. We have a notetaker in all of them which means the meetings get recorded.

And our team is pretty beefy so the right people need to have the right information, so instead of my operations manager logging in to the notetaker and finding that call manually, then download the transcript, put into gpt to get herself a proper highlight, I now have an agent who does exactly that for her which saves hers hours of time.

Not only does it help her do that, it also organizes the calls and sends the recap to the right channel (slack) so everyone can be on the same page at all times.

One thing we also did for the sales team is, as soon we finish with the call, the agent analyzes how the call went, what was discussed and sends a recap email to review to the sales rep, making his life easier and staying on top of follow ups.
