How We Made Content Creation Simple

I've made over 800 reels for my personal Instagram, and our agency has produced over 80,000 videos for our clients. This volume has only been possible because of a system built from anecdotal experience.

Years ago, on my own content journey, I gave myself a challenge: script, record, edit, and publish a video every single day. I wanted to build credibility and take it seriously. The first script was easy to write, the first edit was easy to do. But the consistency was extremely fatiguing.

This is where most business owners suffer. We think we know best, so we do everything ourselves. We believe we are the only ones who can write our scripts, edit our videos, and hit publish. It's a constant loop of 'me, me, me.' But that thought process is a trap that keeps businesses stuck.

Every human on this planet is replaceable. You're not special. The world doesn't stop because one person is no longer in charge. Apple is doing way better with Tim Cook than it did with Steve Jobs, and Jobs founded the entire thing.

After speaking with coaches and mentors, I started to let go. I outsourced editing first. That single change freed up a massive amount of my time, which I could then reinvest into growing the business instead of just making videos. Even if it only takes an hour, that hour becomes exhausting when you're also working long hours on everything else.

Next, I outsourced scripting to a dedicated strategist. Over time, the people I hired were doing an extremely better job than I ever could have. Why? Because that is what they are dedicated to. A scriptwriter has eight hours a day to get better at that one specific skill. The same goes for editors and social media strategists.
