How Much Should You Really Spend on Ads?
If you’re ready to scale your business and dive into paid advertising, the big question is: How much should you actually spend on ads?
While the answer can vary by industry, here are my general recommendations for Meta ads: (please also do your own due diligence)
Start with at least $1,500 to test the waters and scale from there.
If your service costs $2,000, you should be willing to spend up to $2,000 to acquire one customer. That’s your Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
The idea is to break even at first and make your profit by either keeping the customer long-term or upselling additional services.
But here’s the kicker, spending money on ads isn’t just about getting a customer. It’s also about gathering data:
You’ll learn which campaigns work best.
You’ll understand what questions your prospects have.
You’ll know the direction you need to take to improve performance.
As you start seeing results, you’ll realize why businesses spend thousands of dollars every month on ads.
However, if you’re new to ads or not familiar with funnels and creatives, I wouldn’t recommend doing this on your own. If you’re an established business ready to grow, let’s get on a call, this is exactly what I help businesses with.
