When deciding between hiring an in-house team or an agency, here's what you need to know:
Hiring the right agency is like making the right “hire,” but with a big advantage, you get a lot done at a fraction of the price it would cost to implement the same work in-house. It’s a serious hack.
With an agency, you can get a full team, scriptwriter, editor, social media manager, and marketing experts for your campaigns, all in one package that’s comparable to the cost of one or two in-house team members.
Now, let’s say you have the budget to build a full in-house team, costing you around $20,000/month in payroll. Sure, you’ll get a lot done, but at that point, you’d need to be someone like Alex Hormozi or have a media-heavy focus to fully benefit from having everything in-house.
Hiring someone in-house only to talk to them a couple of times a week isn’t the best use of resources. Unless you have a clear vision and plan in place, go with an agency.
