The Hidden Value in Quality
I was looking at a poster the other day, and a thought came to mind.

Sample Poster for visualization (not the actual one I saw)
To most people, it's just a poster with necessary information, nothing special. You’re probably thinking the same thing. But if you break it down and consider the hard work that went into it, you start to appreciate how well it’s made.
Having done a lot of design work myself, I often find myself analyzing these details and observing how people react to them. This poster represents the high standard people are used to. Think about commercials, movies, and other visual content. People have an average meter set high for these things, often associating it with words like professionalism, big, serious, and one to watch.
So, when you put out your own work, whether it’s content, an ad, or a poster—you need to be aware of these expectations. If you hire a beginner designer who is much cheaper, you’re likely getting a product below that average line.
Of course, it depends on your brand. If you’ve done your research and determined that a simpler poster meets your needs, then go for it. But always keep in mind the standard you’re aiming to meet.
