Follow this content cadence, to compound growth on your social media channels.

If you want your social media and brand presence to compound over time, here’s the cadence I recommend following.

1. Short-Form Content (Daily)

Post one piece of short-form content every day, Monday to Saturday.

  • Ideal posting window: 10 a.m. to 2–3 p.m.

  • Don’t obsess over the exact posting time, consistency matters far more than timing.

  • If daily feels like too much, the bare minimum is Monday to Friday. Use weekends to batch-create content.

2. Long-Form Content (Weekly)

Post on YouTube once or twice a week.

  • Long-form content is evergreen and compounds over time.

  • YouTube videos rank on Google search, and with Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels also feeding SEO, your discoverability grows month after month.

3. Email Newsletter (Monday to Friday)

Build and nurture your internal audience with a simple email cadence.

  • I recommend 5 emails per week.

  • Personally, I write mine on Sundays, then schedule them out Monday through Friday.

  • Use your emails to share what you’re learning, what you’re seeing in your industry, and what’s working right now. Many of those insights can double as content for your social media.

The Key:

Don’t overthink timing or try to hack the algorithm. Growth comes from consistency, repurposing across platforms, and giving your audience valuable insights every single week.

Stick to this cadence and you’ll watch your content, and your brand authority, compound over time.
