Five platforms doesn't mean five filming sessions

You are already trying to serve customers, keep the team moving, return calls, and maybe eat lunch before 4pm. So when someone says your business should be active on five platforms, it can sound like they have handed you five more jobs.

Fair reaction. Keeping one account alive is hard enough. Planning five calendars, filming five versions of every idea, then remembering where each one goes? Ridiculous.

But that is not how a sensible content process should work.

Recording the idea and distributing it are two different jobs. You need to show up with the expertise and answer your buyers need. You do not need to sit down five separate times to say it.

Imagine you explain the mistake people make before hiring someone. That can be one strong recording. It may need a different opening, caption, length, or packaging depending on where it is published. But the core expertise did not suddenly require five new filming sessions.

That distinction matters because the expensive part is usually not pressing record. It is the mental drag around it. What do I say? Is this worth filming? Where do I post it? Give every platform its own content plan and most owners will put it off until next week. Then next week becomes three months.
