Your Competitors are Asleep on Ads

There are still certain industries that aren’t as active with ads as they should be.

I was recently talking with this business owner the other day, and we talked about some examples of how simple it can be to get results in some niches because the competition in most industries are asleep in the online space, they don’t create content or run any effective ads online.

Sure, they might post a graphic post here and there (which, if you’ve been following along, you know is pretty pointless and staring at a white wall might be a better use of your time, just kidding).

They might run some ads on Google, but that’s about it.

Here’s the problem, your competitors don’t understand the concept of demand generation. They’re only focused on capturing demand with a mentality of “if somebody needs me, they’ll come to me.” This approach works on Google, where people are actively searching to solve an issue, but it’s not enough.

To truly stand out, you need to generate demand for your product or service. Find creative angles to show people why they need what you offer, even if they aren’t actively searching for it yet.
