Alex Hormozi just made 100m+ through a single webinar. Here are my takeaways.

Alex Hormozi just pulled off something insane, he generated over $100 million from a single webinar.

Now, Hormozi is someone I deeply respect, not only as an entrepreneur but also for his work ethic. He’s also the guy who broke the Guinness World Record for the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all time, previously held by Barack Obama’s memoir A Promised Land. Hormozi’s book $100M Leads sold over 2.7 million copies in record time (and likely surpassed 3 million by now).

Here’s what stood out to me:

• On the webinar, he sold high-ticket packages priced at $6,000 and $24,000, and people bought them in droves. His audience wasn’t just made up of beginners, these were high-level entrepreneurs, some making a million a month or several million a year.

• He revealed that he spent around $4 million on ads and other expenses for the launch. In his words, he “barely broke even.” Whether that’s entirely true or not, it highlights how seriously he takes advertising and how much he’s willing to invest in attention.

• After going live for 9 hours straight during his book launch, most people would rest. Instead, Hormozi doubled down and went live the next day again. That’s what true work ethic looks like.

Here’s the lesson for you:

Every business should be using online platforms, paid ads, and content creation to scale. This isn’t theory, it’s the reality of how the most successful entrepreneurs are playing the game.

In-person networking, referrals, and cold calls are fine. But if you want to scale to the next level, advertising and content aren’t optional anymore.

Hormozi is the proof. If this doesn’t show you what serious looks like, I don’t know what will.
