3 ways I use Claude to run a seven-figure business

Most people use AI to write a caption, summarize a meeting, or ask a random question. That is fine, but it barely scratches the surface of what these tools can do inside a real business.

I use Claude in three main ways.

The first is data tracking. We collect information across sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Instead of staring at separate reports and trying to connect everything manually, I can give Claude the data, ask specific questions, and get to the problem much faster. It does not replace knowing your numbers. It helps you understand them without wasting half a day.

The second is giving the team access to better tools. AI should not just sit on the founder’s laptop. If a copywriter, strategist, salesperson, or operations person can produce better work in less time with Claude, give them access and show them how to use it. The goal is not to replace good people. It is to increase what good people can handle.

The third is agentic workflows. This is where it gets more advanced. We wanted an iMessage to go out automatically whenever somebody booked a sales call. We also wanted the replies to appear inside our CRM so the sales team could see the entire conversation. The platforms did not connect directly, so we used Claude Code and available APIs to build the workflow around our exact process.

That is where AI becomes valuable. Not because it is trendy, but because it removes a real bottleneck.

Before you automate anything, ask one question: does this save money, make money, or give my team meaningful time back? If the answer is no, you are probably just playing with a shiny object.
